Hello, my name is Don. I have worked with animals for over 15 years now, from birds and exotics, to dogs and cats. I recently became level 3 fear free certified, and I am an associate member of NAVTA (National Association of Veterinary Technicians). Over the years I have worked in shelters, boarding facilities, and hospitals. I have worked in ER/ICU, surgery, as well as general practices. I have 2 Pitbulls at home named Bruce and Ebony and my beautiful wife, who is an RN. (She works with people, I work with animals)
Hey ya'll, I'm Laura! I'm originally from North Carolina but have lived in Illinois for 7 years. I attended Lees-McRae College and received a Bachelors Degree in Biology with a concentration in wildlife rehabilitation. I have a wonderful boyfriend, Chris, and three awesome pets; Duke, my 8 year old cat, Molly, my 4 year old Cocker Spaniel, and Toby, Chris's 12 year old dachshund. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, country music, movies, playing tenor saxophone, gardening, sports and more!
Hi, my name is Dani! My house has never been shy a few animals; I grew up on a small farm where my passion for caring for animals started. Years ago, I began working with animals at horse rescues, animal shelters, and then started working at a doggie daycare. I currently have three dogs of my own: Nala, a mastiff, Jerry Lee, a shepherd, and Beyonce, a chihuahua. In my free time I enjoy being outside with my dogs, being with friends, and traveling. I'm very excited to be a member of ROCAH and can't wait to meet you and your furry family members!
I have been working with animals for the past 13 years. Prior to that I was involved with rescue, which made me realize my passion for working with animals. I enjoy spending time with my Yorkshire terriers Clifden, Maddie May, and Dottie, who I met at ROCAH thru Rover Rescue. They share our home with Pepito our fabulous tabby cat, who has the patience of a Saint. I also enjoy sewing, quilting, reading, and going out with friends.
Hi, My name is Melissa. I have grown up with labs and have a huge passion for animals. I have worked with animals for over 6 years as an emergency vet tech, doggie day care attendant, and now a vet tech assistant. My second passion is working with high school students with special needs. My hobbies are Cross Fit, outdoor activities, and spending time with my dog, Ellie. I look forward to serving you and your pets.

Hi, I'm Ashley! I love animals and have been around them since I was little. I currently have three cats, an orange domestic short-hair, Wilson and two black domestic medium-hair rescues (who are mother and daughter), Eloise & Frida. I proudly take on the role of "Crazy Cat Lady" here at ROCAH and love it! My cats are like my hairy children, they are dearly loved and heavily spoiled. I have worked with animals previously as a photographer for many years and I have been in customer care, special projects and billing for 15 years. I strive for excellence when it comes to clients and their pets. To me you're like a member of our extended family and I want you to leave with a smile on your face and confidence in your heart.
Hi there, My name is Deanna and I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up in a rural area where I was exposed to all types of animals. Along with having cats and dogs, I also raised chicken and pigs, and showed them at fairs across the state. Currently, I have a Terrier mix named Dooney, a Labrador/Pitbull mix named Nala, a wire-haired Dachshund named Stewart, a Boxer named Hank, and 3 cats. Maverick is a gray short-hair, and Charlie and Jester who are both seal-point Siamese. I graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Education, and teach full time. I am now in a relief position at ROCAH, so you will still see me some! In my spare time I love being outside with my dogs, off-roading with my boyfriend, and going on adventures with my friends.
